Tuuli advises clients from various fields, mainly in corporate communication. She compiles communication strategies, as well as plans and helps to implement them. Tuuli delves deeply in the Client's field and topics, but she is also able to deliver fast in situations requiring quick action.

For her, the key factor in communication work is focusing on a clear goal and choosing the effective means to achieve it. Prior to joining PR Strategies, Tuuli worked as a Science Communication Manager at the National Institute for Health Development, before that managed communication at the listed company Tallinna Vesi. For almost ten years, she worked in various roles in the field of communication in Eesti Energia (Enefit) group, including leading the Communication and Marketing team of electricity network operator Elektrilevi.

Previously, Tuuli has worked at Hill & Knowlton Estonia, the predecessor of PR Strategies, as a Consultant, Senior Consultant and Team Leader.

Tuuli graduated from Tallinn University of Technology, specializing in Public Administration. She has participated in master's courses in Media and Communication at the University of Tartu and completed the Strategic Communication nanodegree program at EBS (Estonian Business School).
