Summer of 2019 rolled away on a bike
This summer we teamed up with sports equipment brand Hawaii Express and collaborated on a social media campaign to encourage more people to swap cars for bikes. The aim of the Instagram campaign was to bring into focus the feminine city bikes from Hawaii Express and to promote the healthy lifestyle, comfort and joy that cycling has to offer. The campaign featured 7 popular influencers, who all got a new cute two-wheeled friend to spend their summer with. They all shared inspiring photos to stimulate their followers to share pictures from their sunny bike rides as well.
During the 3-month-long campaign the official hashtag #rattasuvi was used almost in 300 Instagram posts and there were numerous articles published both in the web and in print. As a reward for sharing their summery bike pictures, the two lucky winners were able to replace their old one with a new beautiful spotted city bike. The campaign added over 2,000 new followers to the Hawaii Express Instagram account.
